What it costs

Buildings, unit interiors, amenities and how spread out it is — five answers and the number is on screen. The volume discount grows with the building count and tops out at 20%.

Questions

Asked before every community booking.

How much does apartment or multifamily photography cost?

It is priced from the property rather than per unit. A single building with four unit interiors, amenities, exteriors and aerials is $785; a five-building community with three interiors, amenities, exteriors and aerials is $1,230; twelve buildings with six interiors runs $2,590. The volume discount grows with the building count and reaches 20% at 35 buildings.

Do you have to photograph every unit?

No — and you should not pay for it. Where units share a floor plan we shoot one per plan, which is how the pricing is built: interiors are counted separately from buildings, so you only pay for the layouts that actually differ.

Do you shoot occupied units, or only vacants and models?

Models and vacants are the usual subject and the easiest to schedule. Occupied units can be photographed with notice to the resident, though a staged model almost always markets better.

What about the amenities — pool, gym, clubhouse, mail room?

Those are one amenity pass covering the shared spaces in a single visit. It is a toggle in the calculator rather than a per-room charge.

Can you cover a portfolio across several towns?

Yes. Each additional city adds 10% to the property total, up to five cities — beyond that it becomes a quoted program. Portfolios of separate properties are usually best handled as one scheduled series.

Are the photos sized for ILS listing sites?

Yes — galleries come sized for the listing services and for your own site and social, with commercial usage for your marketing included.
