Questions

Asked before every retail booking.

How much does retail or storefront photography cost?

A retail space up to 2,000 sq ft is $475 for photography, $575 with an aerial pass, and $850 for full media including an edited video. Above that the price follows both the floor area and how the space breaks up — an open showroom holds $475 up to about 5,500 sq ft, while a space carved into many small rooms rises sooner, because room count is what sets the length of the shoot. The calculator shows it live, and every price is on screen before you book, with nobody to call first.

Do you photograph the space while it is still occupied or trading?

Yes. Most retail is photographed around trading hours — early mornings before opening are the easiest, and we work around staff, stock and customers. Tell us the hours that work when you book.

Can you shoot a vacant white-box space so tenants can picture the build-out?

Yes, and it is a common request. Empty retail rests entirely on light, straight verticals and how the space reads from the door. A 360 tour is often worth adding so a prospective tenant can walk it remotely.

Can I use the photos for leasing flyers, the OM and the brand's own marketing?

Yes. Commercial usage for your own marketing is included — leasing flyers, offering memorandums, brokerage decks, your website and social. Extended licensing for a third party, such as a product manufacturer, is the one thing quoted separately.

How fast are retail photos delivered?

Photos are back by 11:30am the next morning on a shoot booked before 2pm. Video and 360 tours follow in 48–72 hours.
